In addition to these materials and programs, SunTrust Mortgage provides sales leads to our loan officers from several other effective sources. Leads programs are continuously developed through SunTrust’s marketing department and delivered to loan officers on an ongoing basis through an initiative called Lead Masters. These leads are sourced from loan officer’s current book of business, past book of business, LO websites and bank households. As a benefit for participating in the Continuity Program, all leads generated from an LO’s past and current book of business will be delivered back to that originating LO to help maintain the customer relationship. We offer access to qualified bank customers from more than 1,700 bank branches serving over 4 million customer in the fast-growing Southeast.
Market Driven Lead Campaigns:
As new products are announced and market conditions change, mortgage finance opportunities are constantly identified and distributed.
Home Value Finder:
A home value analysis is only a few clicks away! With Home Value Finder on your personal web site, you'll know when your customers are looking at comparable home sales and can contact them to offer help with home financing.
PreMovers:
Identifies customers in your current book of business and past prospects who have recently listed their property for sale creating an opportunity for purchase loan retention.
Rate Watch:
This program lets you and your customers know when the rate they have targeted is met. You can then contact them to offer help with new home financing or refinancing.
Balance Inquiry:
Notifies you of your customers who contact the Customer Service Department to inquire about their mortgage balance and have a high propensity to pay-off their loan.
Payoff Request:
Notifies you of your customers who contact the Customer Service Department to request a payoff which provides a last effort retention opportunity.
Credit Notifications:
Identifies your customer who are shopping for a mortgage or is already in process with a competitor.
