Supporting our Sales Team
Our commitment to service doesn't stop with our correspondent clients. We take pride in the essential and valuable support services our teammates provide to our dedicated sales force. We all work hard to support the needs of our Account Managers - with the overall goal of delivering quality service.
The Correspondent sales team not only consists of Account Managers (our outside sales force who work and travel within assigned territories) but also a team of inside sales reps called Relationship Coordinators. The role of the Relationship Coordinator is to support the Account Manager and the correspondent client. They assist with new client set up and fulfill day-to-day requests of the correspondent clients. This structure allows our clients to obtain the help they need even when their Account Managers are not available.
In addition, the Resource Center is available to provide product information to correspondent clients throughout the day and communicates closely with Account Managers about their clients' needs and inquiries. The Marketing Department also works to insure that Account Managers have the email marketing, sales flyers and promotional materials they need to do their jobs successfully.
Other members of the Correspondent team include Secondary Marketing, Purchase Review and Funding, all of whom are centrally located in Richmond, VA. They provide the same dedicated support to all client requests. This overall "one team" approach helps Account Managers deliver a superior service experience to potential or existing correspondent clients. It's a great component of our success!
