Our commitment doesn't stop with our customers. We take pride in the value our team members add in supporting our sales team. From our Registration Desk, to our Underwriting staff to our Funding team, we all work hard to support our teammates with the overall goal of delivering quality service that we can be proud of as a team.

The Correspondent sales team, includes an Account Manager working an assigned territory, as well as an inside sales coordinator who supports the day to day requests in the region. This allows our customers to obtain the help they need regardless of business travel or vacation schedules. In addition, our unique Resource Center provides excellent product information to our customers throughout the day and communicates closely with the Account Managers about their customers' needs and inquiries. The Marketing department works to insure they have the sales flyers and promotional materials they need to do their jobs in the field. E-Commerce and Technology support the sales team as needed with new functionality and training on the STMPartners web site in addition to supporting the internal Intranet.

The remaining members of the Correspondent team including secondary marketing, underwriting, and funding all of which are located in Richmond. They provide the same dedicated support to all customer requests. This overall approach to partnership helps a potential or existing customer obtain the service they want and deserve.
